Our house Korma is served with roasted cauliflower, green beans, sweet corn and cashew nuts. Served in our creamy korma gravy of turmeric, green cardamom, garam masala, coriander powder and fennel seeds.

Our house Methi is served with slow cooked chicken thigh and crispy chicken skin. Served in a gravy of methi leaves, cloves, cumin seeds, Kashmiri chilli powder, tomatoes and cinnamon.

Our house Makhani (more commonly known as butter chicken) is served with slow cooked chicken thigh and crispy chicken skin. Served in a gravy of tomatoes, butter, cashew paste, fennel powder, garam masala, cumin powder, ginger and garlic.

Our house Goan style, is served with prawns and barramundi cooked fresh in the gravy. The gravy is comprised of coconut, tamarind, lime, garam masala, ginger, garlic and dried red chilies.

Our house Bhuna style is served with slow roasted lamb shank. The bhuna gravy is comprised of tomatoes, red capsicum, green cardamom, cloves, cumin seeds, curry leaves and Kashmiri chilli powder.

Our house Palak is served with lemon marinated paneer and wilted spinach. The gravy is comprised of spinach puree, onions, garam masala, black mustard seeds, cumin seeds, tomatoes and coriander powder.

Our house Baby Potatoes and Crispy Tempe curry is a new creation at Red Gunpowder. The gravy consists of beetroot puree, green cardamom, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, mango powder and Kashmiri chili powder.

Our Jack fruit curry utilizes local jackfruit in a sweeter curry gravy. The gravy is comprised of curry leaves, coconut cream, cashew paste, coriander powder, fennel powder and garam masala.
